Alia offers a range of sales, marketing and support options to help partners make the most of the marketplace, and provides a high level of Stateframe technical expertise and support.

Partners have access to Alia's technology and skills, so that they can build and grow client relationships to their full potential. Partners must meet a set of business and technical requirements in order to be able to properly implement and support Stateframe solutions for clients.

Reseller Partners

In addition to selling Alia's solutions, reseller partners provide value added services, such as training, consulting or implementation, with product delivery.
Engagement between the parties is normally as follows:

  • Partner completes online partnership application form
  • Introductory technical and business discussions
  • Confirm both parties happy to proceed
  • Partner Agreement is signed by both parties
  • Partner pays the annual fee, and receives sales and technical product training

The basis of the standard Reseller Agreement is:

  • A mutually non-exclusive agreement
  • Alia will not compete directly with the partner
  • Alia will provide 2nd level support to partner. If required, Alia will contract to provide support directly to end users.
  • Partner can also sell Alia services
  • Annual fee waived after first year if sufficient sales made
  • Products and services available at discount off Alia price list

OEM Partners

OEM Partners include software vendors interested in embedding Stateframe workflow functionality directly into their core solutions, as a single package or component within their product. Engagement between the partners is normally as follows:

  • Initial discussions leading to a memo of understanding
  • Alia provides free of charge:
    • an initial workshop, up to 5 days
    • an estimate and plan for integration (joint)
  • An OEM Agreement is negotiated and signed
  • Any further Alia services for integration are chargeable
  • All actioned within 90 days

Systems Integration Partners

Includes consulting or systems integrators who provide value-added services and have the ability to 'design in' or recommend Stateframe's unique workflow capabilities.

They normally work with Alia on a project-by-project basis and provide services such as strategy and design, project management, software installation and integration services, and custom application development.

Technology Solutions Partners

Includes ISVs and platform vendors whose solutions are complementary to Alia's product lines. These partners work with Alia to ensure inter-operability between our products through exchange of technical information and joint development.
